أعلنت القوات المسلحة السودانية، اليوم، عن فرض سيطرتها الكاملة على سوق قندهار الاستراتيجي غرب أم درمان، في إنجاز نوعي جديد ضمن عملياتها العسكرية المستمرة لتحرير العاصمة من مليشيا الدعم السريع المتمردة.
ويُعد سوق قندهار أحد آخر معاقل المليشيا بغرب أم درمان، وتمثل استعادته خطوة مهمة في تأمين مناطق غرب العاصمة. ووفقًا لمصادر ميدانية، فإن العملية أسفرت عن تطويق وتفكيك أوكار التمرد، بالتزامن مع تقدم الأبطال في عدد من المحاور الأخرى.
يأتي هذا التقدم في وقت يتواصل فيه الدعم الشعبي والمؤسسي للقوات المسلحة، وسط دعوات لاستكمال عمليات التحرير وتأمين الحياة المدنية.
