أصدر والي ولاية الشمالية قرارًا رسميًا يقضي بحل تنسيقية شؤون التوأمة والمغتربين والمعابر، ضمن خطوات لإعادة هيكلة بعض الوحدات الإدارية في الولاية، في إطار تعزيز الكفاءة وتبسيط الإجراءات الحكومية.
وشمل القرار إلغاء كافة العقود التي تم توقيعها مع العاملين في التنسيقية، إلى جانب إنهاء انتداب الكوادر المنتدبة للعمل بها من جهات أخرى. كما نصّ على تحويل مهام ملف المعابر إلى وزارة المالية، في حين تُسند مسؤولية ملف التوأمة والمغتربين إلى الأمانة العامة لحكومة الولاية.
وأوضح الوالي أن هذا القرار يأتي في سياق المراجعة الإدارية والتقييم الشامل لأداء المؤسسات والهيئات، بهدف تحسين الأداء المؤسسي ورفع كفاءة تقديم الخدمات للمواطنين، خاصة في ظل الظروف الراهنة التي تتطلب تنسيقًا حكوميًا عاليًا.
