أعلنت السلطات السودانية اليوم عن انطلاق خطة لترحيل حوالي 16,400 أجنبي ولاجئ من ولاية الخرطوم إلى معسكرات خارج الولاية، تمهيدًا لإعادتهم إلى دولهم الأصلية. وتم تخصيص 10 حافلات لنقل المرحّلين بشكل منظم ومتدرج ضمن هذه الخطة التي تحمل بعداً أمنياً وإنسانياً.
وبحسب مصادر مطلعة، فإن غالبية المرحلين ينتمون إلى دول جنوب السودان وإثيوبيا، اللذين يمثلان أكبر نسبة من الأجانب المقيمين في الخرطوم خلال الفترة الأخيرة. وتشمل العملية ترحيل لاجئين من جنسيات متعددة، بالتنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية والمنظمات الدولية المختصة لضمان أن تكون العودة طوعية وآمنة.
تأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار جهود الدولة لتنظيم الوضع الأمني في العاصمة وسط التحديات التي تواجهها، مع الالتزام بالقوانين الدولية وحقوق اللاجئين.
