وأشار عقار إلى الظروف الصعبة التي يعيشها السكان في هذه المناطق، متوقعًا أن تصل المساعدات والإغاثة الإنسانية إليهم خلال الفترة القريبة القادمة، مع تحسن الأوضاع الأمنية وفتح الطرق الرئيسية.
