في بيان رسمي صدر اليوم، نفت حكومة ولاية الخرطوم ما تم تداوله على بعض وسائل الإعلام ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي بشأن ارتفاع عدد حالات الكوليرا إلى 46 ألف إصابة، مؤكدة أن الإحصاءات الدقيقة الصادرة عن الجهات الصحية الرسمية تشير إلى تسجيل 800 إصابة فقط، تعافت منها 218 حالة حتى الآن.
وأوضح البيان أن الانقطاع المستمر في التيار الكهربائي ناجم عن استهداف مباشر نفذته مليشيا الدعم السريع ضد محطات التوليد الكهربائية، ما تسبب بدوره في تأثر خدمات إمداد المياه بعد تعطل المحطات.
وفي إطار المعالجات الجارية، أكدت الولاية أنها وفّرت كميات من الوقود لتشغيل محطات رئيسية مثل محطة المنارة، مشيرة إلى أن والي الخرطوم يباشر ميدانيًا متابعة تنفيذ الحلول العاجلة لتخفيف المعاناة عن المواطنين.
ودعت ولاية الخرطوم وسائل الإعلام والمواطنين إلى ضرورة تحرّي الدقة واستقاء المعلومات من المصادر الرسمية، محذّرة من الشائعات التي تهدف إلى بث الفوضى وزعزعة الثقة بالمؤسسات الوطنية، ومعتبرة أن نشر أرقام غير دقيقة يمثل تهديدًا مباشرًا للأمن الصحي والقومي
